Personal Care and Domestic services

This includes any assistance to help people maintain health and wellbeing. People who use personal care service usually need support in keeping personal hygiene, getting up and going to bed, dressing, eating, caring nails, helping with mobility, doing housework, cleaning, emptying bins, doing laundry, preparing meal, go shopping for them and etc. Personal care can be provided in many forms. Our support starts from 30 minutes per week and goes up to full time assist. Maybe your loved one requires temporary care while they recover from illness, respite care to cover for an existing caregiver, or long-term care on a regular basis to ensure they look and feel their best every day.

Personal care is not only about physical support, emotional health is particularly important. The crucial part of home carer’s duties is emotional support. Our carers provide a sensitive and compassionate approach in all aspects of their work. We always listen, we respect your needs and follow your wishes.

Respite Care

A short time replacement is to help caregivers when they need a break of caring. We provide respite care services by attending home and give all support to a person who needs a care while the main caregiver is having a rest. If you need a break from time to time to look after your own needs or you’re going on vacation, we will take care of you loved ones. Our highly trained professionals will take over your responsibilities and look after someone instead of you. It may be all personal care, overnight stay or just keeping a company.

Overnight and Live-in Care

We understand that night-time can be a difficult time for individuals struggling with physical or mental health challenges. Our night care services offer comprehensive care and support to ensure that you receive the highest level of care possible during the night. Our care assistants can assist with medication management, personal care, and other needs to help you maintain your independence and quality of life.

If you or a loved one requires extra help with daily living, our live-in care services provide an ideal solution. Our dedicated team of care assistants will move in with you or your loved one, providing personalized care and companionship 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Companionship and Chaperone Services​

Older individuals are often at risk of experiencing loneliness and isolation. This affects their mental wellbeing that is as much important as physical. The most relevant aspect of emotional health is a companionship and social interaction. Companionship care is to support an individual through social engagement. A companion carer will go to the person’s home and spend time with them, engage them in social, physical or mental activities, help them with simple tasks, play games, and perhaps encourage them to go out. We also offer companionship as part of our overall care plan.

Hospital Discharge

If any care is required after hospital discharge, we will be working closely with the discharge team at the hospital to ensure everything is in place for you when you leave. A care plan, including details for discharge or transfer, will be developed and discussed with you. We work forward to ensure the hospital discharge will be quick, straightforward and you will receive the right support at right time. We support people to live well at their owns homes after hospital stay, whether it would be a temporary or long-term care.

Administering Medication

Many people of all ages find it difficult to manage medication. We can offer you or your family member assistance to ensure you are taking the right medicine at the right time. We can prompt, remind, or give full support by administering medication. Carers can assist customers with medication management, including helping them understand why they need medication, managing their medication intake, keeping track of progress, and making necessary adjustments. Our professional are carefully trained in medication management to ensure that they will always be able to administer and record your medication with the highest levels of efficiency.

Dementia Care

Caring for someone with dementia can be challenging and stressful. But with the right support, it can be rewarding and often satisfying. Our dementia specialists help to take a rest from caring. A dedicated care team is there to support not just the person living with dementia, but all the family. We create a save environment and use gentle techniques for you loved ones, we promote them keep a routine, encourage mental stimulation, support with planning activities, help to write down to-do lists. We communicate effectively to ensure the person feels valued and empowered.
