From there, we can help put together the right package of care for you and your family.

Make A Visit

We’ll gather details about the person needing home care and arrange a suitable time to visit for a full consultation with you and your relative(s), along with any other important individuals. Our experienced team member, typically the Care Manager, will conduct the visit. We offer a complimentary consultation to address your needs, daily routine, and lifestyle.

This information helps us match you with care professionals who align closely with your interests, hobbies, and personality, fostering trust and familiarity. We’ll also provide vital safety information and discuss our procedures for updating care plans and managing medication.

During the consultation, our professional will assess your concerns comprehensively, and together, we’ll determine the care package. We’ll agree on the frequency and type of visits, as well as the start date.

Meet Our Team

When we make your care plan and decide who of our care professionals will work with you, we will let you know our team.  Before the care starts we will introduce our team, we let you know who will support you or your family. We want everybody to feel comfortable, a right person is very important. We will be happy to give you time to know each other. When care begins we provide the schedule and will let you know who is coming to visit, and it will always be shared with the person receiving care. This also helps to ensure a consistent care and safety.

We do regular reviews of care plans and always prepared to make any changes. The situations can often change quickly, so we are to help you to adapt to new situations. We do home assessments and safety checks to identify any potential risks promptly, to reduce the chance of accidents and improve the home’s overall safety. We have comprehensive safety protocols to ensure our clients are safe and well cared for. All our carers undergo rigorous screening and training to provide the highest level of care.
